This common colloquial British - Irish phrase SHOULD'VE GONE TO SPECSAVERS is used to refer to BAD DECISION making or the result of something  due to poor vision. The advertising campaign has been so successful that the phrase fused with popular culture and the brand are in a process of TAILORING for the Z- generation. 

ADVICE - Subject + modal verb \ should \ + past perfect ---- You should have gone -- 
CONNECTED SPEECH -- contracted -- YOU SHOULD'VE GONE.
